    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • It pairs well with so many recipes! This delicious creamy sauce tastes amazing topped on a baked turkey burger, especially this crispy chicken burger, BLT (like the one in my Fabulously Fast Dinners Cookbook), salad recipes, tilapia fish, and so many more easy recipes! This recipe will become a staple if you like to add a little spice to your food.
    • It’s homemade! Some store-bought chipotle mayo has tons of added sugar and processed ingredients. Making homemade mayo (or aioli recipes in general) allows you to control exactly what goes into your food which can help your overall health.
    • This recipe uses pantry staples. There are no crazy or hard-to-find ingredients in this aioli recipe so it’s very easy to make.

    • ½ cup mayonnaise

    Expert Tips and FAQs

How do I store chipotle mayo?

You can store your leftover chipotle aioli in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Since this chipotle mayo recipe does contain raw egg (some mayo has raw egg, some have pasteurized, so it’s better safe than sorry) it’s best not to leave it sitting at room temperature for more than 2-3 hours.

    Is this aioli recipe vegan?

No this recipe is not vegan because traditional mayonnaise contains eggs. If you would like vegan chipotle aioli, you can substitute the traditional mayonnaise for vegan mayonnaise. Vegan mayonnaise can be found at most grocery stores. Then, top your favorite veggie burgers with it for a spicy kick!

Is Chipotle Aioli the same as Chipotle Mayo?

Yes! Aioli is simply a fancier name for mayo. Chipotle mayo and chipotle aioli are both zesty sauces with a little kick, that are great for dunking french fries into or spreading on sandwiches.

What to Serve with Aioli Sauces

There are so many different ways that this fabulous sauce would pair with other dishes but homemade aioli is my all-time favorite to have with these crispy polenta fries! They’re a delicious and healthier version of French fries!

You may also love serving this with:

    • fish finger tacos
