Cauliflower Vs. Potatoes
Fear not, lightly steamed cauliflower has a similar texture to boiled potatoes. It’s a beautiful alternative to the traditional version made with white potatoes so that you can watch your carbs. It’s the best of both worlds.
You can slip into that swimsuit with confidence all summer and still have the traditional tastes of summer.
Or, at the very least, you can save your carbs for where they count. Like poolside brewskies and margs! (A girl’s got to have priorities right? )
