Blueberry Puff Pastry Turnovers
Now don’t get me wrong… I LOVE a good homemade, from scratch, turnover.
But I won’t lie… I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen all of the time, whether that’s making a recipe for my family on a busy weeknight or making food for one of our parties.
So when it comes to making something like these turnovers, I LOVE the shortcut that puff pastry dough offers.
How to Make Easy Blueberry Turnovers
You’ll start by rolling out the puff pastry dough, pinching the seams together if necessary.
Cut into 4 equal squares.
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of blueberry pie filling to the center of each square.
Place some of the egg white on two joining sides of the square to help hold the turnover together.
Roll the opposite side over the filling and press down the sides to seal.
Grab a fork and use it to press along the sides of the pastry to seal the filling in.
Place on the turnovers on to a prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
You’re also going to really love these blueberry muffins! They’re moist, easy to make and a breakfast favorite!
Powdered Sugar Drizzle Recipe

Shouldn’t it be “egg wash” instead of “egg white” in the recipe?
